Environmental Alert Bulletin (19/05/08)

Greetings CEPA list members:

UNEP's global network of environmental information centres produces a useful series of publications called the Environment Alert Bulletin. Using a journalistic style, these bulletins are in full-colour and helpfully illustrated with graphs, maps and photos, with the aim of explaining causes and consequences of a broad range of issues threatening the environment. Working in collaboration with experts in each particular field, they reduce complex issues to just four colourful pages yet provide you with the essential information you might need in communicating these issues.

Their latest bulletin, Coastal degradation leaves the Caribbean in troubled waters, is available here http://www.grid.unep.ch/product/publication/EABs.php - previous bulletins are also available at this web address.

Best wishes, Sandra Hails, Ramsar Secretariat
