Accommodation

Official Housing Bureau

Online booking for hotels and motels with discounted prices can be made with the Official Housing Bureau, GnA International Co., through the Korean Ramsar COP10 website (www.ramsar2008.go.kr) from 16 June 2008. COP10 participants who have completed pre-registration and received an acceptance e-mail from the Secretariat will be given a password in the e-mail to enter the accommodation section of the Korean Ramsar COP10 website. Participants can book their hotel accommodation online, by email or by fax (please note that no handling fees will be added to the advertised cost).

Please note that accommodation for Ramsar-sponsored participants will be arranged through the Secretariat.

Since there are not many hotels near the Changwon Exhibition Convention Center (CECO), early reservation is recommended. Requests received after 28 September 2008 cannot be guaranteed and the current discounted rates may not be applied.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed when the payment of the one-night deposit is received by the Housing Bureau. If the 1st choice exceeds availability of rooms, the 2nd or 3rd choice may be assigned to the participants.
