Exhibitions

General Information

A total of 86 booths of two different sizes, 56 booths of 6m2 (3m×2m) and 30 of 4m2 (2m×2m), are available to rent from 28 October to 4 November 2008. The two types of exhibition booths will be located in Zone A and Zone B, respectively. Both zones are on the 3rd floor of the venue. Zone A is adjacent to the Internet lounge and business centre, while Zone B is in the hallway outside the Plenary Hall (see the diagram below).


To make a request to reserve a booth, please complete the Exhibition Application Form and return it by email to exhibition@ezpmp.co.kr to by fax to +82-2-3475-2635 by 31 August 2008. For enquiries please contact Mr Hyung at the e-mail or fax number above or by telephone on +82-2-3475-2664. You can also apply online at www.ramsar2008.go.kr by 31 August 2008, but you will require a special password to do this, which will be supplied to you by the Ramsar Secretariat once you have pre-registered for the COP and received an acceptance e-mail.

In addition to exhibition booths, complimentary display tables will be provided for all participants. You may place brochures and/or other publications on the desks, as long as space is available.

The hosting country asks the exhibitors to abide by environmental standards that focus on achieving “3R” – Reduce, Re-use, and Recycle – as much as possible. Innovative methods to realize 3R will be welcomed.
