Secretary General Martha Rojas Urrego joins Contracting Parties in Dakar, Senegal during the Africa preparatory meeting for the 13th Conference of the Parties to be held in October 2018 in Dubai. The Contracting Parties are meeting to assess progress, opportunities & implementation of the Convention on Wetlands.
